What is Ceipty?

A money app for freelancers and small businesses. Send invoices and quotes, scan receipts, match them to your card statement, and see your profit — with the books your accountant asks for.

Can I send invoices and quotes?

Yes. Create itemised invoices with tax and discounts, share them as a PDF, record full or part payments and send payment reminders. Quotes turn into invoices in one tap, and recurring invoices are created on schedule. The free plan includes 5 new invoices a month; Pro is unlimited, and invoices you have already made are never locked.

Do I have to retype my services on every invoice?

No. Save what you sell once — name, description, price and tax — and add it to any invoice or quote in one tap. You can still edit the description and price on each invoice, and old invoices never change.

What does the profit & loss report show?

Money received on invoices against money spent on receipts, for any month, quarter or financial year, with expenses by category and income by customer. You can export it as CSV or PDF.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free includes 5 new invoices a month, 3 receipt scans a week and 1 workspace, and needs no card. You can always add receipts by typing the details yourself.

Where can I use it?

In any web browser and on Android today. An iPhone app is on the way, and it will use the same account.

How does the AI read my receipts?

When you scan, the image is sent through our server to Google Gemini, which reads the vendor, date, amount and similar fields. Google does not use it to train its models under our API terms. You can always enter details by hand instead.

What do ≈ and = mean on a foreign charge?

A charge in another currency is an estimate (≈) until your card statement shows what the bank actually took. Once you import the statement it becomes settled (=), and your totals use the real figure.

Can my accountant or team get access?

Yes. Invite people to a workspace and choose what they can do. Everyone else sees nothing.

How do I get my data out?

Export your receipts as CSV or PDF from the app — ready to hand to your accountant.

How do I delete my account?

You can clear all your data yourself in Settings → Data → Clear all. To delete the account itself, email [email protected] and we will remove it and everything tied to it.
